I am surprised at what passes for real estate photography seen on MLS. If a listing's marketing photography is poor, then one of the most important marketing tools responsible for creating a good first impression for online buyers may be lost. And with 90% of home buyers finding their homes online, then online "First Impressions" are very important if you are to capture the home buyer's attention in the brief time they are viewing your listing.
