Wow, CSS or the Centralized Showing Service that Realtors use to schedule showing appointments around Dallas, was totally crushed today and scores of homes are getting multiple offers just days after being listed. I noticed personally that several homes we wanted to show today were already contracted. This means changes are occuring and as activity picks up you can bet prices are going to rise and that is problem No.1 if you are a buyer, but have not yet found a home.
