We're seeing unprecidented mortgage interest rates. I have not checked, but we are below 50 year lows, back when Kennedy or Eisenhower was President. Buying now could be a smart long term smart play. The question is why would anyone who could get 4% or less on a 15 year loan want a 30 year mortgage!

Are rates going to continue to decline or stay flat or are we now at the darkest moment or the lowest point on the rate decline chart before daylight and higher rates return?
