Here again, is some plain talk concerning buyer showing appointments based upon years of personal observations as a both a full time buyer and listing agent.

Temperatures went from a warm an Sunny 75F to 10F in the span of just 4 days. After induring "thunder snow" earlier in the week and ice that would not leave the roads, Friday added 6" of snow and temperatures in the low 20's and a chance to grab some local photos.

This was a rare opportunity to see a real American legend perform live at his own venue, "Willie's Place" located just north of Hillsboro on I-35 in a town called Carl's Corner. The young guitarist in the plaid shirt and cowboy hat is Lukas Nelson, Willie's son.

I did not know what to expect, but the concert turned out to be good ole down-home Texas fun. I can't believe how much spunk Willie still has a 77 and his voice still carries tunes like it did 20+ years ago. His 2010 schedule ends at Gruene Hall in New Braunfels on December 12 which will be Willie's 6th performance in 6 consecutive days that stretch across 4 States and 6 towns. Talk about a "workin' man."
