Frisco TX Homes

Growth in Frisco real estate was noticed in the late 1990's when development in northern Plano reached its limits and extended into Frisco's borders. This was the perfect location for an easy commute to the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Median Frisco home price is $289,940

Frisco is a shoppers delight with the Stonebriar Centre (featuring ice rink, 24-screen theatre play park and restaurants), IKEA, box stores and many restaurant chains lining Preston Road. The downtown area will be getting a face lift with the new Frisco Square and it 250 residential rental units, 7 restaurants and commercial office space.
