How You May Use Your ARG Buyer Cash Rebate

When ARG is your buyer agent you have the option to use your Cash Rebate as Follows:

You may receive a check for the full amont after you Close. Click the "Print My Rebate Certificate" above to see amount.
You may use your cash rebate towards Closing Costs and Prepaids.
You may use your rebate to buy down your mortgage interest rate.
You may use towards closing costs with any balance paid by check after closing.
If permitted by your New Home Builder You may use some or all of your Rebate towards a Price Reduction of your home.
